Manufacturing Quality Assurance Engineer

Funciones : Asegurar la aplicación del Plan de Control de Procesos en coherencia con el Análisis de Modo y Efecto de Fallos (FMEA). Desafiar a los supervisores para identificar y gestionar riesgos de manera preventiva. Liderar Auditorías de Procesos y FMEAs de Procesos. Crear y mantener la documentación de control de calidad, asegurando su formación y aplicación. Gestionar derogaciones. Liderar la mejora continua en su área. Liderar acciones de contención, análisis de causa-raíz de problemas de calidad y resolución de problemas en su área. Participar activamente en las SIM de las líneas de producción. Proporcionar aportaciones y desafíos sobre calidad para mejoras (PMP y Optimiza Proceso), para contribuir a la implementación de la capacidad de proceso / control. Contacto directo con cliente. ¿Qué necesitamos? Formación obligatoria en Ingeniería (Industrial, Eléctrica, Mecánica...). Experiencia : 2 años mínimo, preferiblemente en Calidad de Procesos. Fluidez en inglés es imprescindible. Skills : Habilidad para comunicarse de manera clara, concisa y sintética en un entorno multicultural, así como capacidad de influencia y de trabajo en un entorno grupal, orientado al equipo y enfocado a resultados.
