Job Description :

The Regional Information Security Team Lead position is available to lead a team of SOC Analysts who provide security operations responses to incident investigations and maintain records and reports on cybersecurity threats and attacks.

This is an exciting opportunity for a technical professional with leadership experience to leverage their knowledge and stakeholder engagement skills, and gain further management experience. Please note that participation in an on-call rota is a requirement for this role.

The successful candidate will have :

• Previous experience in a similar Senior SOC Analyst role; leadership experience is advantageous.
• Technical knowledge in SIEM, SOAR, Web Application Firewalls, EDR / XDR.
• Understanding of IDS, SIEM, anti-malware, cybersecurity technologies, network traffic analysis, and networking principles.
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Spanish, and the ability to translate technical information for non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity or related field

Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior SOC Analyst role

Excellent communication and leadership skills
