Job Purpose

Professional with proven experience working with complex political or regulatory issues, business or non-governmental agencies. Goal-oriented, team player and with excellent project management skills, this person will report directly to the Head of Public Affairs and will be in charge of the Public Affairs strategy, planning and implementation as well as other communication projects that support the overall communications strategy

Main Responsibilities

• Contribute to development of public affairs strategy.
• Assist in the development of political, regulatory and social intelligence.
• Develop narrative support materials as part of the public affairs strategy.
• Provide support for contact management, maintenance and updating of databases, organization of agendas and events, closing and preparation of meetings.
• Participate in the design and development of advocacy actions with different levels of administration and public decision makers.
• Participate in the creation and deployment of the company narrative and key messages around the main topics.
• Manage incidents linked to the department and coordinate with the communication department.
