Located in the heart of Madrid, Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is a historic landmark infused with modern energy. Seven historic buildings have been transformed into a dynamic destination featuring rooftop dining by celebrity chef Dani García, Asian-Mediterranean cuisine at our award-winning restaurant Isa, and a four-level Wellness Centre with a sunlit pool terrace. We are bringing a new level of luxury and service to both locals and guests.

The Role of Assistant Front Desk Agent :

We are seeking an Assistant Front Desk Agent to join our team. This role is vital to the Front Office Team, primarily assisting Front Desk Agents and ensuring guests have a seamless arrival and departure experience. As the first and last point of contact, this position carries significant responsibility. The department also handles guest comments, questions, suggestions, and concerns. Main duties include :

  • Checking in guests efficiently and courteously, using guest names when possible, and ensuring correct room assignment, payment method, rate, and issuing keys.
  • Arranging luggage delivery to guest rooms.
  • Escorting guests to their rooms and explaining facilities.
  • Checking guests out of the hotel.
  • Handling all guest interactions with professionalism, accommodating requests, resolving complaints, and providing information about hotel services, events, directions, etc.
  • Using computer systems to check guests in and out, generate reports, and manage room blocks.
  • Responding to chat inquiries following company standards.

Our Ideal Candidate :

The ideal Assistant Front Desk Agent will have excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, good problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in hotel property management systems. Applicants should have at least one year of experience in a front-of-house role at a similar hotel. Knowledge of Opera is preferred. Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken, is required. Applicants must have the legal right to work in Spain.
