About The Role

The Momentum

We are currently seeking a Customer Success Manager for Iberia to join our team and lead nation-wide initiatives in Health Data. If you are a career-driven professional with a passion for healthcare technology and want to bring your expertise and best self to work every day, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for. What You’ll Be Expected To Do

  • Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of nation-wide projects in Health Data.
  • Manage and coordinate cross-functional teams, including IT, partner, authorities, and external vendors.
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and risk management strategies to address challenges proactively.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare regulations and data protection standards (e.g., GDPR and ISO27001).
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear communication and reporting on project status, risks, and outcomes.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in project processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage budgets and financial resources for projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and value creation.

Qualifications And Work Experience

  • Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish and English (written and spoken).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing complex projects, preferably in the health technology sector.
  • Proven track record of leading nation-wide or large-scale projects in healthcare or related industries.
  • Experience with health data systems, interoperability, and technologies such as EHR (Electronic Health Records), data analytics, or telemedicine solutions is a plus.
  • Professional certification in Project Management (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, IPMA) is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, MS Project, Jira).
  • Personality and behavioral traits

    You are bright, articulate and passionate about being part of a nascent project in healthcare. You have the ability to lead and coach other people and the flexibility to manage differences of opinion within the team. You are a good communicator, and you are excellent at establishing contacts and building relationships. You privilege an analytical approach and an ability to identify the strategic dimension of the issues.

  • What Is The Recruiting Process Like

  • There is a first interview with your future manager and / or seasoned team members to get to know you and to give you an overview of Promptly and of the job you are applying to
  • Afterwards, you will undergo a technical assessment stage in which you will work on a test task or solve a business case.
  • In same exceptional cases, a third interview might take place. Don’t worry if this happens. It’s because we have a good opinion on you, but there might be something we still need to get clear
  • Finally, you will get your offer and hopefully you’ll accept it!
  • Also, we would like to notify you that during the final phases os the interview process, we may perform reference checks to validate the information provided in your application, resume, and discussed during the interview.
