Manage relationships with top advertisers in your portfolio, building strong connections with key business executives and stakeholders.
Proactively identify and propose new processes to enhance Criteo’s service offering.
Encourage and gather customer feedback to help improve Criteo’s products and services.
Serve as the main point of contact for escalation issues.
Recognize team members’ strengths and development areas, and support their professional growth.
Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with team members and contribute to or lead team meetings.
Report to management on team performance, market trends, key metrics, and development opportunities.
Ensure accurate pipeline management, financial forecasting, and budget planning.
