About the Role
As Hotel Stores Manager, you’ll be responsible for the planning, procurement, inventory, and issuing of all hotel-related items on board—from linens and uniforms to consumables, bonded items, entertainment supplies, and beyond. Working closely with shore-based logistics teams and onboard departments, you will ensure seamless operations, regulatory compliance, and impeccable standards across all storerooms.
Responsibilities
Manage all hotel inventory and ordering using MXP in accordance with load plans, schedules, and budgetSupervise storeroom cleanliness, safety, and USPH complianceLead a team of assistants and storekeepers, training and mentoring them toward excellencePrepare freight and provisioning plans, and coordinate with F&B, Housekeeping, and Purchasing departmentsOversee loading and unloading operations at portMonitor invoice accuracy, resolve shortages, and manage credits with suppliersConduct regular inventory checks, including monthly bonded inventoryUphold budget controls while maintaining high operational standardsAttend all safety drills and trainings; ensure MLC-compliant work / rest schedulingWhat We’re Looking For
Experience :Minimum 2 years in a luxury hotel or 3 years on a cruise ship in a logistics / F&B management rolePrior experience with hotel inventories or purchasing is a strong plusFamiliarity with MXP (Marine Xchange) or similar systems highly valuedSkills & Attributes :Strong leadership and team development skillsExcellent command of English (spoken and written)Ability to work under pressure and lead by exampleExceptional time management, organizational, and administrative abilitiesComputer proficiency in MS Office and logistics softwareCertifications :Valid STCW certificatesSeafarer's Medical (PEME), C1D visa, Seaman’s Book (or willingness to obtain)Why Join?
