Descripción del trabajoWork schedule : 35-40 hours per week, with shifts in the morning and / or afternoon, including long and short weeks depending on coverage needs. Contract : Vacation and other temporary replacements. Education : Certificate of Professionalism, Auxiliary Nursing Technician, or Dependence Care Technician. Experience : Proven experience in caring for dependent individuals. Personal profile : Communicative, empathetic, assertive, and team-oriented. Focused on improving quality of life and well-being. Availability to work different shifts.
Functions
- Assist with the care of residents in the elderly care home in Esparreguera, covering for the team on vacation.
- Provide companionship and attend to residents' needs, including hygiene, mobility, and participation in activities and workshops.
- Monitor residents' health and well-being, ensuring their safety and comfort.
