About the Role :
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical support services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Solve complex technical issues and provide timely resolution to customer queries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve product-related issues and improve overall customer experience.
- Conduct product testing, proof-of-concept (POC), and customer training to ensure effective onboarding and utilization of our products.
- Manage and coordinate resources to resolve critical issues and meet business objectives.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Communications, or related field.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external customers.Fluency in Spanish and Chinese, with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.Ability to travel domestically and internationally, as required.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in technical support, customer service, or a related field.Familiarity with product development lifecycle, including design, testing, and deployment.Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies.What We Offer :
