Job Description : Full Stack Software Engineer in Barcelona

Vanderlande develops software deployed in companies like DHL, UPS, FedEx, and more. Join our small team in Barcelona to make a significant impact using cutting-edge technologies to ensure timely deliveries worldwide.

We are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to join our team in Barcelona, contributing to our standard software solutions for the Parcel market within an international team.

Your Challenge :

As a software engineer, you will be part of our growing Development Software Center in Barcelona, developing our software suite for the Parcel Market.

Tasks and Responsibilities :

  • Develop our new standard software suite for Parcel Market with .NET.
  • Suggest interface and architecture improvements.
  • Write technical documentation.
  • Maintain clean code and review team members' code.
  • Participate in the entire software lifecycle, from requirements and design to rollout.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders and system specialists.
  • Develop micro-frontend user interfaces with Angular.
  • Maintain and update our CI / CD pipeline.

Your Profile :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 4 years of software development experience.
  • Proficiency in .NET with C#, Angular / React with TypeScript, RDBMS, and Docker.
  • Experience working with SCRUM and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence at various organizational levels.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • High proficiency in English (B2 or higher).

    • Preferred Skills :

  • Experience with distributed computing, cloud-native applications, and enterprise systems.
  • Knowledge of container-based deployment in cloud environments (Azure, AWS) using Kubernetes.
