We are currently looking for a Strategic Alliances Manager to lead and shape our alliance strategy across Valid’s key market segments. This role plays a vital part in identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that support our business objectives. As Strategic Alliances Manager, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all partnership activities align with the company’s long-term vision and deliver measurable value.

Key Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the alliances strategy for MNO, IoT, and OEM segments.
- Represent Valid and its portfolio partners centralizing, in alignment with the sales teams, the management of partners globally.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with partners that are critical for the success of Valid’s go-to-market activities.
- Identify and negotiate strategic partnerships with connectivity providers for Valid’s IoT bundles, chip manufacturers for Valid’s licensing business, and complementary product vendors (e.g. BSS, Device Management, Entitlement Server, KYC, OSS, payment gateways) for MNO, IoT and OEM segments.
- Qualify and develop joint value propositions that could be commercialized through Valid’s global footprint and / or partner’s own sale channels, working with players to identify overlap with Valid’s current and future products, strengthening Valid positioning, flagging Valid risks and mitigating Valid weaknesses.
- Manage ongoing partnerships, ensuring alignment with business objectives and performance metrics. Develop a deep understanding of partner strategies , technologies, roadmaps and their place in the ecosystem landscape and identify overlap with Valid’s current and future products.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing counterparts to align alliances strategy with Valid’s desired positioning and execute joint marketing campaigns and co-branded content with partners
- Collaborate with Product Management counterparts to define alliances-related commitments as part of project plans and ensure the technology is effectively integrated into joint offerings.
- Conduct partnerships research and build up a strong network of global partners (system-on-chip vendors, mobile operating systems providers, mobile network operators).
- Define and monitor collaborative activities (e.g. eSIM Interoperability as a Service) that propel the development and maturity of markets where Valid is actively participating.
- Identity companies with complementing capabilities that could be helpful for Valid to accomplish long-term plan objectives.
- Assess investment opportunities, valuations and business models.
