Financial Institutions Group overview :

Alantra's FIG is a leading global advisor to financial institutions and sponsors in various transactions, including :

• M&A : Covering banks, lending platforms, insurance companies, asset & wealth managers, servicers, fintech, and all FIG-related companies.
• Credit Portfolio : Leading advice on distressed and non-core assets transactions via whole loans or ABS (secured / unsecured NPLs, REOs).
• Secured Funding and Asset Backed Securities (SFABS) : Experience across credit assets, from distressed loans to performing receivables and real estate assets, with a deep understanding of underlying assets and analytical capabilities.
