Job Title : Senior Technical Support Specialist
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced technical support specialist to join our team. As a Senior Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our customers in Spain.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support via telephone calls, email, and social communication software or APPs.
- Conduct onsite inspections and repairs, inverter swaps and fittings, and inverter maintenance.
- Collect product failures, analyze data, and coordinate with HQ staff to improve product quality.
- Produce work reports, troubleshoot documentation, and ensure compliance with company standards.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need :
A degree in Power Electronics or a related field, preferably in the photovoltaic industry.The ability to quickly learn multiple product series.Fluency in Spanish is mandatory.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.Familiarity with basic instrumentation such as multi-meters and 485 tools.A proactive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and good teamwork spirit.What We Offer
