We are seeking a talented and analytical IP Specialist to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a growing generic company with a strong international presence.
You will play a key role in :
- Conduct patent search and freedom to operate (FTO) analysis for API and FFD.
- Prepare, file and prosecute patent applications
- Supporting new product launches and IP litigation strategies.
- Reviewing patent and regulatory landscapes to identify risks and opportunities.
- Conducting IP due diligence for in-licensed products.
- Drafting and filing oppositions, liaising with external attorneys.
- Monitoring competitor activity and maintaining internal IP databases.
Requirements :
Interest in becoming a European Patent Attorney, or already partially or fully qualifiedExperience in a similar role, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry.Strong analytical and communication skills.Excellent command of English.Bachelor Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, or related field.What We Offer :
