We are seeking a talented and analytical IP Specialist to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a growing generic company with a strong international presence.

You will play a key role in :

Conduct patent search and freedom to operate (FTO) analysis for API and FFD.
Prepare, file and prosecute patent applications
Supporting new product launches and IP litigation strategies.
Reviewing patent and regulatory landscapes to identify risks and opportunities.
Conducting IP due diligence for in-licensed products.
Drafting and filing oppositions, liaising with external attorneys.
Monitoring competitor activity and maintaining internal IP databases.

Requirements :

Interest in becoming a European Patent Attorney, or already partially or fully qualified

Experience in a similar role, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry.

Strong analytical and communication skills.

Excellent command of English.

Bachelor Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, or related field.
