WHAT WILL YOU DO?

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks :

• Adhere to agreed SLAs
• Work with users to troubleshoot and resolve issues in various customer applications, providing high-level service and responsiveness.
• Diagnose and resolve customer inquiries and technical issues related to operating platforms and products in a production environment.
• Ensure all issues are resolved or escalated to proper resources promptly, maintaining positive relationships through effective communication.
• Utilize information tools, training, and experience to achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Document all issue resolutions and application knowledge according to standards.
