Lead and manage a backend engineering team, setting technical direction and fostering a strong team culture

Collaborate with product, DevOps, and leadership to define backend strategy and architecture

Guide and mentor engineers through code reviews, 1 : 1s, and technical development

Maintain high standards for code quality, system performance, and reliability

3+ years of experience leading backend teams (5+ engineers)

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP), Docker, Kubernetes, and CI / CD pipelines

A passion for mentoring and elevating others on the team
