Salesforce Business Analyst (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud / FSL, Marketing Cloud) with a strong technical background.
- Provide support for Salesforce projects and change requests from a functional standpoint.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and act as a translator between the business and IT.
- Prioritize requirements based on business needs.
- Lead ongoing meetings required to support project implementation, gathering critical information.
- Work closely with stakeholders (end users, technicians, managerial staff).
- Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing.
- Ensure proper documentation of the project.
- Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Understand and track all enhancement requests, including detailed needs and requirements.
- Work closely with team and leadership to provide harmonized and sustainable solutions.
- Deep understanding of integrations (Informatica, SAP desirable).
Experience :
5+ years of Salesforce experience required, including :
Experience with configuration basics : roles, profiles, fields, page layouts, validation, workflow, workbench, process builder, process flow, ERP integration concepts / specs.Salesforce certification is desirable but not required.Experience with Apex, writing and supporting triggers, etc., is a plus.Understanding of the full development cycle.J-18808-Ljbffr
