Position Summary

As a Project Manager, your mission is to coordinate and lead multidisciplinary projects at all stages, from conception to implementation, identifying and resolving obstacles and ensuring continuity and efficiency in their development.

Essential Functions

• Plan and develop the project idea : define the concept and create a process to bring it to fruition. This includes setting and managing expectations, developing a detailed project plan, defining the scope, understanding project risks, and assigning team members to specific tasks.
• Develop a business case : market insight analysis, outline potential solutions, assess risks, and detail costs and benefits.
• Monitor project progress and set deadlines : organize and follow through on projects. Create an accurate timeline of project completion to ensure tasks are finished within the assigned timeframe.
• Solve issues that arise : anticipate delays that may occur and inform the team of any changes. Adaptability and problem-solving are key to keeping control of a project.
• Manage the budget : be transparent and realistic about costs. Maintain cost efficiency.
• Ensure stakeholder satisfaction : keep open lines of communication for updates and feedback.
• Evaluate project performance : assess its efficiency and effectiveness. Identify shortcomings and plan ways to address similar issues in the future.
