We are looking for a Scrum Master to execute and optimize our Agile processes (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.) and support product delivery for our consumer and enterprise products. You will collaborate closely with Product, Data Science, Platform, and Engineering teams to ensure proper scoping, dependency management, and that cross-team projects meet goals and deadlines.

The ideal candidate has experience managing the lifecycle of software projects, ensuring timely delivery using Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies. Building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders is essential.

A Day in The Life :

Run daily Stand Up meetings
Review team backlog and unblock team members
Conduct project status meetings to assess progress, identify roadblocks, and facilitate resolution or proper hand-offs
Report statuses and updates to the Senior Technical Project Manager, highlighting risks and delays
Plan for upcoming Sprint Planning, review priorities, capacity, and velocity
Lead Sprint Planning, close current Sprint, review reports, discuss performance, and set Sprint Goals
Collaborate with technical leads to align on execution and priorities

Expectations for Success :

Support and improve Agile development processes

Manage project timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and schedules

Assess interdependencies, develop contingency plans, and communicate risks

Assist teams with work estimation and resource planning

Conduct project reviews, gather feedback, document outputs, and communicate with stakeholders

Coordinate with Agile Coaches / TPMs to align execution with strategic goals

1-2+ years of enterprise-level software project / program management experience

Certification or expertise in Scrum and / or other Agile methodologies

Familiarity with Waterfall methodologies

Technical project management experience in software development

Administrative experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence, including building Jira Dashboards

Proficiency with Google Sheets

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Experience with internet, cellular, broadband, and telecom technologies

Basic understanding of large-scale AWS infrastructure, Redshift, Athena, and related technologies
