You’ll be working with a talented, multicultural team to define the strategy, design, and development of our products across Spain, Italy, and Portugal.

We’re looking for a Product Manager who thrives on clarity, structure and impact. Someone who enjoys getting to the root of problems, aligning stakeholders, and driving progress with honesty and precision.
Must-haves :
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities – clear, structured and to the point.
- Skilled at managing business stakeholder expectations with empathy and transparency, while delivering accurate, detail-oriented communication and execution.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to independently explore and analyze data from diverse sources (quantitative and qualitative), going beyond pre-built dashboards to uncover insights.
- Deep understanding of cross-functional team dynamics and a proven experience of collaborating effectively with research, design, engineering, analytics, marketing, legal, and / or business teams to deliver outcomes.
- Proven ability to define product hypotheses using competitive benchmarking or other techniques, and testing them through experiments.
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager across different digital products.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Comfortable working remotely with distributed teams, although you acknowledge the value of meeting in person at the office from time to time, whether for a specific project or for the team as a whole.
Nice-to-haves :
Familiarity with outcome-based planning.
