We're Hiring : Office Finance & Operations Assistant

Key Responsibilities :
- Handle incoming and outgoing invoices using 24 / 7Office system
- Prepare and send invoices to clients
- Approve employee shifts in PlanDay to trigger invoice generation
- Process monthly salaries and final settlements
- Reconciliation of payslips
- Add and maintain supplier and client information in systems
- Support in drafting and tracking supplier / landlord agreements
Compliance & Documentation
Manage compliance tools : upload contracts and agreementsMaintain and update operational procedures and internal workflowsTravel & Procurement Support
Relocation & Employee Support
Support employees during the relocation process (e.g., travel, housing, UDI / tax appointments with occasional driving)Act as a point of contact for newcomers and coordinate arrival logisticsLiaise with housing providers and internal teams to ensure smooth onboardingWhat We’re Looking For :
Experience in financial admin, invoicing, and payrollStrong attention to detail and structured mindsetComfortable juggling multiple responsibilities and deadlinesFamiliarity with systems like 24 / 7Office and PlanDay a big plusFluency in English and Norwegian, Swedish or Danish is a plusBenefits :
