The role of IT Helpdesk Support & System Administrator is pivotal in ensuring seamless technology operations within our organization.Key responsibilities include providing user support and setup for computers in PC and MAC environments, as well as smartphones and tablets. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for inventory management, network administration, and coordination with technical suppliers.Office 365 Administration plays a significant role in this position, encompassing users, groups, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune. The ideal candidate will also provide assistance with facilities tasks.To excel in this role, candidates should possess a minimum of one year of experience in Helpdesk or MS Office 365 administration, with proficiency in both Spanish and English. A can-do attitude, proactivity, and hands-on approach are essential, along with MCSA Office 365 certification and / or similar, and MS Excel level expertise.We offer a permanent contract with a six-month trial period, allowing employees to contribute their ideas and creativity while enjoying flexible working hours and remote work possibilities.
