About this role :

Gartner is looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of digital workplace technology to drive awareness and adoption of our tools and services. The product manager will build and foster strong relationships with associates and vendors and represent the products throughout their lifecycle.

What you'll do :

  • Champion the use of and drive adoption of our digital workplace tools like Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Google Workspace, Cisco Webex, and others.
  • Manage relationships with key software vendors to share use cases, develop solutions, and roadmaps.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of existing and emerging workplace technology.
  • Develop and manage focus groups and feedback mechanisms to listen to the voice of the customer and improve solutions.
  • Lead internal technical communities and present on new technologies.
  • Work closely with digital workplace teammates to identify impactful changes for stakeholders, employees, and engineers.
  • Create and share our digital workplace technology vision and roadmap with BU partners and leadership.
  • Collaborate with communications teams to translate technical features into understandable content.
  • Collect and analyze data on tool usage to inform actionable improvements.

What you'll need :

  • Developing and maintaining a strategic roadmap for M365 adoption and optimization.
  • Aligning M365 initiatives with business goals and digital transformation strategies.
  • Staying abreast of the latest M365 features and evaluating their organizational impact.
  • Overseeing implementation, configuration, and management of M365 applications.
  • Ensuring security, scalability, and efficiency of the M365 environment.
  • Managing M365 licensing and subscriptions.
  • Driving user adoption through training, communication, and support.
  • Gathering user feedback and usage data to identify improvements.
  • Creating documentation and training materials.
  • Leading M365-related projects to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborating with technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to meet project goals.
  • Managing project risks and acting as a liaison between IT and end-users.
  • Building strong vendor and partner relationships.
  • Establishing and enforcing M365 governance policies and standards.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations and security requirements.
  • Managing data governance within M365.
  • Exploring and implementing new M365 features and functionalities.
  • Keeping up with trends in digital workplace technology.
