Position Overview
This is a junior role to provide essential support to our sales operations while delivering exceptional customer service to healthcare professionals and institutions using our cardiovascular medical devices.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support
- Provide first-line customer support to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals
- Daily interaction with the Cardio team to ensure coordination of team activities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and via email
- Maintain accurate customer records and interaction logs
- Collate technical or clinical issues to process escalations
Sales Administration
Support sales team with administrative tasksAssist in preparation of sales presentations and proposalsMaintain and update customer databases and sales documentationCoordinate sales meetings, product demonstrations, and training sessionsPrepare regular sales reports and dashboardsFollow up of sponsorships, invitation letters, MATs numbers -monthly reports of the billing statusEvents Support
Assist in organizing medical teams training events, workshops and certification coursesSupport setup of training materials and demonstration equipment for medical sessionsHelp coordinate hands-on training events at hospitals and medical centersMaintain training schedules, participant records, and post-event documentationAssist with travel arrangements, transfers and bookingsRequirements
Excellent EnglishHigh level of Powerpoint, excel, etc.Salesfoce or SAP knowledge desirable
