Are you a native Italian speaker with a background in reservations, hospitality or client support? Do you enjoy keeping things organised and making sure people get the best possible experience?

Join an international property management team where you’ll support daily operations and help make sure everything runs smoothly for owners, leaseholders and guests. This is the perfect step for someone who loves combining admin skills with customer service, in a collaborative, people-first environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the main point of contact for leaseholders and house managers support the Property Account Manager with daily queries and requests via phone and email.
  • Keep property accounts organised handle record-keeping, task follow-ups, document filing and archiving.
  • Work closely with Sales, Concierge and Marketing to share updates on pricing, rentals, planned works and online listings.
  • Help onboard new properties by collecting owner details, preparing rental agreements, and coordinating with Accounts.
  • Keep property listings up-to-date enter clear descriptions and costs and ensure all information is accurate across systems and the website.

What We’re Looking For

  • Native Italian speaker with excellent written and spoken English.
  • Previous experience in reservations, front office, or any role handling guests or clients.
  • Strong organisational skills and clear communication.
  • Great eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, supportive team.
  • Experience in admin, property support, or landlord-tenant law is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Italian fiscal regulations is a bonus!
