What does a Regulatory Affairs Specialist do at Prinova?
- Review regulatory matters related to food, feed, and supplements for Prinova Europe, including compliance with UK, EU, and other international regulations.
- Provide training and troubleshooting on regulatory issues.
- Coordinate with authorities, consultants, and professional bodies regarding regulatory compliance.
- Participate in company compliance initiatives.

Ensure compliance with food and feed safety, quality, and defense standards, including UK, EU, and GFSI (BRC), Organic, Halal, FAMI QS, and Kosher requirements.Monitor legislative changes and assess their impact on the business, updating compliance protocols accordingly.Support regulatory strategy development for existing and new ingredients / products ensuring compliance with laws regarding Allergens, REACH, Novel Food, Packaging, Food Contact Materials, Food Law, Labelling, Feed laws, Residues, Contaminants, and Natural Ingredients.Review product compliance documentation, including novel food status, claims, and labelling.Coordinate with authorities for authorizations and licenses.Assist in maintaining and designing Prinova Specifications to meet EU regulation requirements.Train quality and technical teams in Europe on regulatory matters.Support QA and commercial teams to ensure regulatory compliance.Participate in crisis management and incident response as part of the management team.Is this you?
5+ years of regulatory or technical experience in food, feed, pharmaceuticals, or chemicals.Highly analytical, organized, and problem-solving skills.Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively.Team player with professionalism and inclusivity.Proficiency in business English.Self-motivated with strong administrative skills, especially in Microsoft Office.If interested, please submit your CV by clicking 'apply'.
