SEO and CRO Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee and optimize the search engine performance and conversion rates for our global website platform, which hosts websites across multiple countries.

This role requires a strategic thinker with deep expertise in international SEO, technical SEO, on-page optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO). The ideal candidate will drive organic traffic growth, improve search rankings, and enhance user experience to maximize conversions across all markets.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement an SEO strategy tailored to our corporate markets, considering local search trends, languages, and cultural nuances.
  • Ensure SEO strategy is optimized for AI and LLMs.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and gap analysis to identify growth opportunities in each market.
  • Build content development plans to support SEO strategy and collaborate with product and content marketing teams to execute them.
  • Optimize on-page elements and ensure content aligns with search intent.
  • Manage technical SEO audits and collaborate with martech managers to implement improvements.
  • Oversee local SEO efforts, including Google Business Profiles optimization and local citations.
  • Analyze user behavior to identify friction points and optimize landing pages, CTAs, and checkout flows.
  • Collaborate with designers and developers to implement high-converting layouts, forms, and UX enhancements.

Requirements :

  • 5+ years of experience in SEO and CRO, preferably in a multi-country / multi-language environment.
  • Strong knowledge of international SEO best practices (hreflang, geo-targeting, ccTLDs / subdomains).
  • Expertise in technical SEO audits (Screaming Frog, DeepCrawl, Lighthouse).
  • Proficiency in CRO tools (Convert, Optimizely, VVO, Unbounce).
  • Analytical mindset with experience in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms.
