With a growing customer base and ambitious expansion plans, they are seeking a Head of Sales to lead and scale their sales function, drive revenue growth, and prepare the company for its next stage of commercial acceleration.
Role Overview :
The Head of Sales will be a key player in executing the company’s go-to-market strategy, managing and expanding the sales team, and securing high-value enterprise deals. The ideal candidate is a seasoned sales leader with a strong background in enterprise software sales, experienced in navigating complex sales cycles, and skilled in building strategic customer relationships. Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement a scalable sales strategy to drive revenue growth across existing and new markets.
- Lead, mentor, and expand the sales team, fostering a high-performance, results-driven culture.
- Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, opportunity management, and structured revenue-oriented processes from lead generation to post-sales.
- Engage enterprise clients and strategic partners, identifying key business opportunities and closing high-value deals.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with overall business objectives and optimize the customer journey.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to refine and strengthen the company’s sales approach.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand market presence.
- Provide regular reporting and insights on sales performance, metrics, and forecasts to the leadership team.
Your Qualifications :
8+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, consistently exceeding revenue targets.Strong background in selling complex software solutions in deep tech, SaaS, or enterprise technology sectors.Proven leadership experience, building and managing high-performing sales teams.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence C-level executives and key decision-makers.Experience in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments, adapting to evolving business needs.Strong analytical mindset with expertise in sales forecasting, data-driven decision-making, and strategic planning.Knowledge of modern sales methodologies, tools, and best practices to optimize performance.Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Alternatively, a technical background with strong commercial expertise.Fluency in Spanish (preferred but not required) to engage with Spanish-speaking stakeholders.What’s in It for You?
