Job Overview
- We are seeking an accomplished Quality Management professional to spearhead our Industry Business Unit's quality initiatives. As the Global Head of Quality, you will oversee and implement quality control processes across multiple sites, ensuring seamless execution and outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Management System (QMS) Development : Design, implement, and maintain a robust QMS aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements, encompassing complaint handling, quality control, document control, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.Quality Control Process Development : Establish inspection and testing protocols, monitor product quality throughout production or service delivery, and address any non-conformities to guarantee consistent quality standards.S Supplier Quality Management : Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to develop and maintain strong supplier quality management processes, including supplier audits, performance evaluation, and measures to ensure suppliers meet quality standards.Quality Assurance Strategies : Develop and implement quality assurance strategies to prevent defects and ensure compliance with customer requirements, define quality metrics, conduct root cause analysis for quality issues, and implement corrective actions.Continuous Improvement Initiatives : Drive a culture of continuous improvement by leading initiatives to enhance quality processes, optimize efficiency, and reduce waste, utilizing quality tools and methodologies like Six Sigma and Lean.C Customer Satisfaction Monitoring : Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels to identify areas for improvement, collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer complaints, and implement corrective actions to ensure customer requirements are met.Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.Proven experience in quality management roles with multi-site responsibility or global scope.In-depth knowledge of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools, such as Six Sigma and Lean.In-depth knowledge of relevant quality standards and industry-specific regulations.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams, detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement, and strong organizational and project management skills.Additional Information
