Skills, Qualifications And Experience Required

QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or PGCE

Degree or equivalent in relevant subjects

Successful secondary teaching experience

Knowledge of the National Curriculum and effective teaching strategies

Ability to motivate students of varying abilities

Enthusiasm and a passion for learning

Strong interpersonal skills and approachability
