Our Industrial Engineering Solutions team is currently looking for an Equipment Customer Service Agent (m / f / d) - German speaker based in Barcelona.
About the job
You will manage and monitor the complete process of equipment and service orders supplied to our customers.
This includes order entry, communication with relevant departments (Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing, Expeditions, Billing), and handling in SAP, EBS, ONBASE systems.
Responsibilities include :
Who are you?
Degree plus 3-4 years of experience in order processing or customer service, preferably in a related field.
Language skills : Medium-high level of English.
System knowledge : Basic knowledge of SAP / EBS, specifically PR1, CP1 / PCE, PEE, PCE.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, decisive, and collaborative.
