Descripción del trabajoInfrastructure Engineering Leadership Role This leadership role is responsible for overseeing the Core Infrastructure Platform Engineering team and services, driving operational excellence through strategic planning and execution.The successful candidate will lead a team of infrastructure platform engineers, providing technical mentorship, career development guidance, and performance management while promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include creating and executing strategic infrastructure roadmaps, developing and maintaining infrastructure standards, policies, and best practices, and managing vendor relationships and contracts.Additionally, this role involves building and maintaining effective relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including development teams, R&D, Manufacturing, business unit leaders, and technology teams. The ideal candidate will have expert-level knowledge of Windows Server, virtualization technologies, and storage technologies, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
