The Role

Are you passionate about leveraging technology to drive business success? Join us as a Senior Finance System Specialist focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central development. You will optimize our ERP systems, administer and maintain MS Business Central, lead solution design and implementation, and ensure our systems meet evolving business needs.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including external vendors and business units, to refine processes and improve operational efficiency. Responsibilities include daily system administration, translating business needs into custom solutions, and supporting system upgrades and user training.

What you'll do

  • Administer and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) for optimal performance.
  • Design and implement customizations to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with teams and vendors to refine processes.
  • Monitor system health, resolve issues, and minimize downtime.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and security roles.
  • Coordinate and execute system upgrades.
  • Provide user training and support to enhance adoption.
  • Document system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Stay current with BC, D365, and ERP best practices and updates.

What You Bring To The Table

  • Proven experience as a Microsoft Business Central (BC) Consultant or Developer.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and ERP systems.
  • Proficiency in AL language and BC extensions.
  • Understanding of business processes and workflows.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
  • Knowledge of ITIL framework (preferred).
  • Microsoft Certified Professional in BC and / or D365 (preferred).
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Azure cloud services (preferred).
