Job description

As a Change Manager, you will join our team to lead change management in the implementation of financial solutions and other projects impacting internal users. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Responsibilities :

  • Review and update existing change management plans to ensure alignment with organizational goals before implementation.
  • Define onboarding and deployment strategies to ensure users receive necessary information and support.
  • Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into project plans, ensuring a cohesive approach.
  • Conduct impact assessments to evaluate changes on stakeholders and processes.
  • Apply structured methodologies to lead change management activities supporting project adoption.
  • Create and execute communication strategies to promote awareness of change initiatives.
  • Lead communication activities and coordinate with locations within scope for effective communication plans for Coupa P2P, including regular updates.
  • Plan and facilitate workshops to encourage stakeholder engagement, ensuring alignment with business requirements and tool features, including ad hoc meetings for emerging topics.
  • Provide input and coordinate training plans and activities.
  • Monitor and adjust change plans as needed, escalating risks to the Program Manager.
  • Prepare and present reports on change management activities and outcomes to senior management at SteerCo meetings.
  • Act as a change agent, advocating for the benefits of change and proactively addressing resistance.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
  • Proven experience in change management, especially in complex and international environments.
  • Strong project management experience with analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging, influencing, and building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a matrix organization and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • High proficiency in Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge and Skills :

  • Deep understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Familiarity with various change management frameworks.
  • Excellent presentation skills, able to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to adapt communication styles to different audiences to enhance understanding and engagement.
