We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to support our HR Services team, serving over 4400 employees and managers across 16 European countries. The role involves HR and payroll operations in collaboration with outsourced vendors. This is a 6-month contract position within the Europe HR Services team of 15 members.

The HR Admin and Payroll Specialist will work with partners and vendors to ensure accurate, complete, timely, and compliant payroll delivery and reporting in France.

Responsibilities include :

  • Processing monthly payrolls according to the payroll cycle.
  • Ensuring HR and payroll activities comply with company policies, Sarbanes-Oxley controls, and statutory requirements across multiple countries.
  • Preparing and providing payroll instructions to external providers, monitoring results, and validating accuracy.
  • Coordinating taxes, social charges, pensions, and insurance payments.
  • Resolving complex issues with HR, Finance, IT, and vendors.
  • Building strong relationships with external payroll vendors and internal departments.
  • Managing vendor relationships and service levels.
  • Conducting payroll audits for accuracy.

Qualifications :

  • University degree in Human Resources or Finance preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a payroll specialist.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and French.
  • Expertise in payroll and HR processes and systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong analytical skills, both quantitative and qualitative.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot customer inquiries and work under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to support HR managers in France and manage multiple tasks independently.
  • This is a hybrid role with the possibility to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.

  • Duration : 3-6 months.
  • Travel : Not required.
  • Shift : Day shift.
