As a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) , you will be specializing at Peter & Sons Game Development Studio .

Peter & Sons is a game development studio formed by an international group of professionals and game enthusiasts with broad experience in mobile, play-to-earn casual game development, and slot games.

We work with world-class artists, programmers, mathematicians, and musicians to produce some of the most innovative, creative, and entertaining casino games on the market.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead Peter & Sons Games Studio and oversee all technical aspects of our company's operations and growth.

You are a strategic thinker and a natural leader who thrives in collaborative environments.

You bring a strong sense of ownership and accountability to your work, and you are passionate about pushing the boundaries of technology to create and support exceptional games.

You will work closely with a multicultural team of programmers and other professionals.

You will spearhead the technical vision and architecture of the company, ensuring that our platform remains at the industry forefront and complies with various regulations.

You will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and deployment of our gaming platform, ensuring its scalability, reliability, and security.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall technical strategy and ensure alignment with the company's business objectives.
  • Own the architecture, design, development, and product roadmap of the company's platform, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
  • Build and lead a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Oversee system design and development processes, making critical architectural decisions and ensuring high code quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional gaming experiences.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in gaming and blockchain industries, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of innovation.

What we are looking for :

  • Extensive experience in the online casino industry, preferably from the provider side, with a deep understanding of its processes.
  • Knowledge of Rust and Kotlin is a plus.
  • Strong experience with GitHub repositories, GitHub Actions, Terraform, Google Cloud, and other technologies to manage containerized applications and deploy cloud-based solutions and infrastructure.
  • Proven ability to automate business workflows for enhanced efficiency.
  • Experience implementing AI, LLMs, and Generative AI into business processes is a plus.
  • Experience managing compliance requirements in the gambling industry.
  • Experience with platform and player monitoring tools and practices to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Strong documentation skills for the platform and its related APIs and tools.
  • Experience integrating with online casino partners.
  • Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
  • A track record of impactful architectural decision-making and communication.
  • A passion for staying at the cutting edge of technology and the gaming industry.
  • A proactive mindset, eager to take initiative and ownership in a dynamic environment.
