Role & Responsibilities :

• Strategic Leadership : Develop and implement a growth-focused marketing strategy, integrating product marketing, brand awareness, performance marketing, and influencer partnerships. Ensure Opera remains at the cutting edge of marketing trends and technologies.
• Global Marketing Operations : Lead all global marketing initiatives, including budget management and performance optimization, to meet and exceed quarterly and annual KPIs. Ensure that investments align with strategic priorities and deliver optimal ROI.
• Team Leadership & Development : Manage a team of senior marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence. Optimize team structures to drive efficiency and enhance strategic outcomes.
• Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with product management, gaming, and mobile divisions to align marketing initiatives with broader product goals. Ensure cohesive brand experiences across all platforms and touch points.
• Brand Building : Develop and lead full-funnel, cost-effective brand awareness campaigns that clearly communicate Opera’s unique value propositions. Strengthen brand equity, driving user acquisition, engagement, and long-term loyalty.
