Hydom is a leading international manufacturer seeking an experienced and driven sales professional to spearhead our commercial expansion in the Americas and Southeast Asia. This strategic role involves identifying new business opportunities, establishing strong relationships with key clients and distributors, and strengthening existing partnerships.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive sales growth and develop business strategies in target regions
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with distributors and key customers
  • Represent Hydom at international trade shows, client meetings, and industry events
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform local sales strategies

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • Proven success in international B2B sales, preferably in automation or related sectors
  • Fluent English (mandatory); additional language skills are an asset (Spanish, French, Portuguese)
  • Existing industry contacts and network highly desirable
  • Technical understanding of automatic systems and access control products
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and deal-closing skills
  • Experience managing distributor networks and entering new markets
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
  • Willingness to travel frequently and manage diverse international territories
