This strategic role involves identifying new business opportunities, establishing strong relationships with key clients and distributors, and strengthening existing partnerships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive sales growth and develop business strategies in target regions
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with distributors and key customers
- Represent Hydom at international trade shows, client meetings, and industry events
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform local sales strategies
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Proven success in international B2B sales, preferably in automation or related sectorsFluent English (mandatory); additional language skills are an asset (Spanish, French, Portuguese)Existing industry contacts and network highly desirableTechnical understanding of automatic systems and access control productsStrong negotiation, communication, and deal-closing skillsExperience managing distributor networks and entering new marketsSelf-motivated, organized, and results-drivenWillingness to travel frequently and manage diverse international territoriesBenefits :
