British American Tobacco Iberia has an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Analyst in Madrid.

British American Tobacco Iberia is seeking a passionate and proactive Logistics Planning professional to join our dynamic team in Madrid. The Demand Planning department plays a critical role in ensuring smooth business operations by accurately forecasting demand for our products.

You will have the opportunity to work on strategic and operational tasks, supporting the team in critical decision-making processes that contribute to business results. You will work closely with the Demand Planning Manager and other team members to ensure demand forecasting accuracy and provide insights into industry and competitor performance.

Reports to : Demand Planning Manager

Geographic Scope : Iberia

Your key responsibilities will include :

  • Gather and submit critical information through various data sources
  • Track and analyze industry performance
  • Create logistics shipment plans aligned with monthly forecasts to ensure product availability in the market
  • Support the team in the monthly planning cycle and above-market reporting
  • Engage with end-market functions to ensure demand forecasting accuracy
  • Support management with risk assessments and mitigation activities
  • Assist in preparing presentations for internal and external meetings

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a relevant field
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, demand planning, or forecasting roles within FMCG businesses
  • Experience in prioritizing tasks, managing workload, and working under pressure
  • Understanding of sales and demand planning practices and procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive attitude and ability to collaborate across departments
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
