What We're Looking For

We are seeking an experienced and talented Motion Designer to join the WalkFit team within our Creative Production team. You will collaborate closely with marketing, video producers, and key stakeholders to brainstorm and create high-quality video content that aligns with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Create visually compelling motion content across platforms including Facebook, Google, and TikTok, with strong storytelling, pacing, and design sense.
  • Design engaging transitions, typography, VFX, and compositing sequences, maintaining brand consistency and adhering to style guides.
  • Provide and seek constructive feedback; mentor fellow motion designers to enhance team quality.
  • Stay updated on motion design trends, conduct visual research, and draw inspiration from the creative and tech landscape.
  • Adapt quickly in a fast-paced, iterative environment—experience in tech / SaaS is a plus.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop creative concepts aligned with business goals.
  • Monitor creative performance; incorporate data-informed insights into design improvements.

Required Skills :

  • Minimum 4 years of proven experience as a Motion Designer.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating motion skills and excellent static design fundamentals—composition, color, typography, and visual hierarchy.
  • Experience working with Figma.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently.

    • Nice to Have :

  • Experience with AI tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Sora, ChatGPT, suno.ai.
  • Knowledge of video automation techniques (expressions, MOGRTs, Essential Graphics, etc.).
