Senior Analog IC Design Engineer - GaN

I am recruiting for a Senior Analog IC Design Engineer to join my client, a growing company in northern Spain working with cutting-edge technologies, including GaN and SiC. They specialise in developing high-performance power IC solutions for demanding applications.

As a Senior Analog IC Design Engineer, you’ll be involved across the full design and validation flow. This includes schematics, layout, testing, evaluation, and modelling, with a particular focus on GaN-based devices. You’ll work closely with a small and experienced team contributing to innovative R&D projects with real-world impact.

Key responsibilities :

Design and layout of GaN power ICs

Set up and execute tests on both wafer-level and packaged devices

Evaluate and debug circuits to ensure optimal performance

Develop SPICE models to support design and verification

Produce documentation and contribute to patent and IP generation

To be considered, you must have proven industry experience designing GaN power ICs.
