Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing basic HR operations and query handling for the Shared Service Center in the Europe region. This includes onboarding, offboarding, transfer, contracts, attendance, benefit management, and expense settlement. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles and be able to analyze client issues and provide effective solutions.Key Responsibilities- Manage overseas attendance management, including policy alignment and hands-on operations.- Analyze client issues and pain points, identify needs, and propose improvement suggestions.- Participate in regional project-based work, including cross-functional collaboration with IT, administration, procurement, and other departments.RequirementsEducationBachelor's degree or above in Human Resources or a related field.Language SkillsProficient in French as a working language, and able to communicate effectively in basic English.SkillsPresentation skills, strong interpersonal skills, patient, service-oriented, and a good team player. Strong coordination and communication skills, capable of identifying additional business scenarios and collaborating across functions to solve problems.
