The Position

Support for Process Unit Coach (m / w / d)

In this role, you will organize onboarding and qualification of production staff, continuously improve and document training, optimize SOPs, and serve as a knowledgeable contact for training-related questions.

Your responsibilities include :

  • Create and manage onboarding plans for all production roles using modern digital methods.
  • Explain training concepts and system functionalities to new employees and assign relevant training profiles.
  • Update and optimize training profiles in collaboration with Learning.
  • Regularly assess and ensure timely qualification of staff.
  • Collaborate closely with PUCs and PULs regarding training and qualification.
  • Support visualization of training progress using digital solutions like dashboards.
  • Serve as a point of contact for training questions.
  • Implement and promote improvements in training and qualification processes.
  • Develop and apply effective learning methods in partnership with the Lean Academy; coach PUCs on these methods.
  • Act as Pharma Suite Key User, communicate with interfaces, and troubleshoot errors.
  • Utilize new training technologies and assist staff with their application (e.g., AR, mobile devices).

Qualifications & Skills :

  • Three-year scientific or technical vocational training, e.g., in pharmaceuticals or industrial mechanics (further training preferred).
  • 3-7 years of experience in GMP production, with expertise in pharmaceutical manufacturing, preferably packaging.
  • Experience in training delivery and adult education.
  • Deep knowledge in production processes, hygiene, GMP guidelines, digital solutions.
  • Self-motivated, responsible, team-oriented work style.
  • Excellent communication and didactic skills.
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written.
  • Openness to change and ability to communicate the reasons behind it.
  • Respectful and appreciative attitude towards all colleagues.
  • This position is limited to 2 years.
