Join Our Team as a Technical Support Specialist if you are fluent in one of these languages : Swedish or Norwegian.

At Zahoree Company, we are looking for a  Technical Support Specialist  to provide outstanding support to our customers and help them navigate technical challenges with ease. If you have a knack for troubleshooting, love technology, and enjoy helping others, this is the role for you!

What You’ll Do :

  • Troubleshoot  and resolve technical issues for our customers via phone, email, or remote assistance.
  • Install and configure  software, hardware, and systems, ensuring smooth functionality.
  • Provide  clear, concise communication  to help users understand and resolve their issues.
  • Document and maintain detailed records of technical problems and solutions to improve future service.
  • Collaborate with our tech team to escalate more complex issues and provide continuous improvements.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Technical expertise  in troubleshooting hardware / software and basic understanding about smart home devices. Full training will be provided.
  • Strong  problem-solving skills  with a passion for helping others.
  • Excellent  communication skills —you can explain complex concepts to non-tech-savvy users in simple terms in one on these languages :   Swedish / Norwegian . Additional languages are a plus.
  • The ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A  self-starter  with a desire to grow and learn in the ever-evolving tech landscape.
  • Bonus points if you have :

  • Prior experience in IT support or customer service roles.
  • Familiarity with smart home devices (e.g., lighting systems, security cameras, voice assistants, etc.).
