Are you passionate about HR operations and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? We're looking for an HR Operations Specialist to join our team. As an integral part of our Human Resources department, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth onboarding, compliance, and employee support.

Responsibilities :

  • Offer Letters and Onboarding :

Prepare and send offer letters to new hires.

  • Address pre-incorporation queries promptly.
  • Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new team members.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to meet onboarding procedures.
  • Maintain employee documentation in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Assist in onboarding information sessions.
  • Compliance and Global Hiring :
  • Navigate hiring regulations across countries.

  • Assist with foreign hire processes.
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams.
  • HR Systems Management :
  • Create and update employee profiles in HR systems like Personio.

  • Generate HR reports and dashboards.
  • Talent Coordination :
  • Coordinate with Talent Acquisition and Talent teams for onboarding.

  • Employee Support :
  • Handle employee queries via internal channels.

  • Provide guidance on employment matters.
  • Benefits and Payroll :
  • Understand country-specific benefits.

  • Assist with payroll matters.
  • About You :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of HR operations or administrative experience.
  • English proficiency at C1 level or higher; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with HR systems like Personio.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail and compliance awareness.
