Job description

Amaris Consulting is looking for an experienced Project Manager – Indirect Treatment Comparison (ITC) to lead and deliver high-impact projects within our Statistics delivery cluster (RWE, evidence synthesis, biostatistics). Join our international team and play a key role in shaping innovative solutions for our clients in the healthcare sector.

Your responsibilities :

  • You lead a cluster of projects within Statistics delivery (RWE, evidence synthesis, biostatistics) as Project Director, Project Manager, Lead Analyst, and / or Technical Advisor.
  • You ensure operational excellence by optimizing project staffing and upholding the highest standards of quality for deliverables.
  • You transmit know-how and best practices to project teams and delivery managers under your supervision.
  • You identify recruitment needs, draft job profiles, create case studies, and lead technical interviews.
  • You contribute to thought leadership initiatives (manuscripts, whitepapers, webinars) in collaboration with the Practice Lead.
  • You identify training needs, develop training materials, and deliver trainings to project teams.
  • You support business development by identifying project extension opportunities and contributing to proposals within your area of expertise.
  • You manage and develop a team of 3-5 consultants to support project delivery in Statistics.
  • You prepare and implement recruitment and development strategies for new locations, in collaboration with HEMA directors, managers, and local teams.
  • You provide quarterly progress updates to the HEMA board.

Your profile :

  • You have 4+ years of relevant experience in Health Economics & Market Access (HEMA).
  • You hold a post-graduate degree in a life-science discipline.
  • You have a proven track record in project leadership and conceptualization within RWE, evidence synthesis, and / or biostatistics.
  • You have previous experience in line management and people development.
  • You demonstrate strong business partnering skills and the ability to work in cross-functional environments.
  • You possess strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • You have experience in people management and / or coaching.
  • You are fluent in English; another language is a plus.
  • You have the ability to generate impact and provide innovative solutions.
