Work Schedule : Monday–Friday during regular business hours

We are looking for Dutch speakers to join us on a new, innovative project aimed at improving Artificial Intelligence and human-machine interaction technologies, such as speech or text recognition, input methods, and keyboard / swipe technology.

As a Language Data Annotator, you will play a key role in enhancing AI virtual assistants by analyzing and evaluating user requests, ensuring interaction accuracy and quality. Your main tasks will include creating, reviewing, and refining language data to train AI models, helping them understand and respond appropriately to diverse inputs.

Your responsibilities also involve identifying and reporting issues or errors in AI performance, providing detailed feedback to support ongoing development. Your expertise in language and attention to detail will help ensure the virtual assistant delivers accurate, natural, and contextually appropriate responses.

Key Requirements

Fluency in Dutch, including idiomatic expressions.
Excellent writing and spelling skills in Dutch and English.
Background in language education or experience in data analysis, labeling, or annotation is a plus.

Role Responsibilities

Annotate and label large volumes of language data to improve speech recognition and natural language processing models.

Review user requests to ensure quality, identifying inaccuracies or errors.

Identify, document, and report issues or bugs, providing detailed descriptions and examples.

Provide clear and concise feedback on AI interactions and user interfaces.

Collaborate with management and engineers to suggest improvements and updates.

Maintain organized records of work, issues, and feedback for traceability.

Stay updated on AI, NLP, and speech recognition advancements to refine techniques.

Adhere to confidentiality protocols to protect sensitive data.

Additional Requirements

Proficiency in using MacOS and navigating the Mac environment.

Familiarity with Apple's iOS and native applications, understanding their features and functionalities.
