Role Overview

Reporting to the Head of Pricing, DT One is seeking a Pricing Manager based in Barcelona with strong analytical and research skills, and a keen commercial mindset to drive business growth in the region. We are seeking a candidate with an analytical mindset, great business acumen, excellent communication skills, and an interest in working in a fast-paced global sales organization. Our Europe team is diverse, representing multiple nationalities and languages, working with clients across the region.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Analyze pricing data from industry standards, sales trends, and competitors for the region.
  • Monitor and update commercial price lists in alignment with regional sales and procurement teams.
  • Identify sales and marketing strategies to define pricing structures and grow key client revenues.
  • Enhance margin efficiency while aligning with strategic objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, identify pricing inefficiencies, and deliver insights through executive reporting.
  • Prepare competitive pricing proposals for RFPs, aligned with profitability goals.
  • Draft strategic pricing plans with the sales team for prospects and key customers.
  • Develop communication, documentation, and review systems for pricing data.
  • Address team concerns regarding pricing suggestions.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, network, and finance stakeholders for strategic alignment.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or Mathematics preferred.
  • 3 to 5 years of pricing analyst experience.
  • Strong numerical aptitude in a commercial environment.
  • Effective reporting and presentation skills.
  • Proactive team player with good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
