About the role

We’re looking for a Data Analyst who’s passionate about turning complex data into clear, actionable insights. If you love understanding business challenges, building dashboards, and automating data processes to empower decision-making across teams—this might be your next role.

Responsibilities

  • Deeply understand our business, products, and processes through data
  • Create and maintain dashboards to track key metrics and visualize insights
  • Generate reports and visualizations to communicate findings with clarity and impact
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Product , Design , and Marketing to support their data needs
  • Design scripts and tools to automate and streamline data extraction using Python , SQL , and APIs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics)
  • At least 2 years of experience working as a Data Analyst
  • Strong experience ( 2+ years ) with SQL , BigQuery , and Dataflow
  • Hands-on experience ( 2+ years ) with HubSpot and Amplitude
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, autonomous environment
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Nice to have : Experience with BI tools like Looker , Tableau , or Power BI
