About the Role :

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment. As an ICT system specialist, you will be responsible for providing end-user support for property systems, working on assigned projects related to property systems, and assisting with Guest & Administrative Network Issues.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Works on assigned projects related to property systems
• Provides end-user support for property systems
• Assist with Guest & Administrative Network Issues
• Management of PBX switch and admin phone and assistance with guest room phones
• Makes recommendations for improvements and enhancements to the current systems
• Takes a proactive approach in assisting with vendor upgrades and property-specific systems
• Provide and / or coordinate training for end users on resort systems.
• Guest Room and Meeting room support for HSIA and telephone services. MAC orders for the PBX system.
• Handle all meeting space setups and group technology business. The tech will need to set Phone and High Speed Internet access lines for groups and in-house meetings, as they are needed. The tech will need to have these set and tested pre-meeting, and be ready to respond to the guests' changing needs as pop-up requests arise.
• Interacts with resort staff in a professional manner, assisting other departments with necessary information
• Communicates all pertinent information to the IT team
• Acts with responsibility towards all company property, supplies, and equipment.
• Remains alert, courteous, and helpful to the guests and colleagues at all times
• Performs other duties as assigned
